Follow the COP 19/ Warsaw Climate Talks
On November 11-22, COP19, otherwise known as the 19th session of the Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) will take place in Warsaw, Poland. Delegates to the Warsaw meeting will work on a new treaty to limit carbon dioxide emissions in all nations, expecting to complete the text in France in 2015, while targets will take effect in 2020.
How You Can Participate:
Can't fly to Warsaw? Don't worry, you can participate by watching the meetings live online, checking out videos on Youtube and through the mobile app, and via Twitter, Facebook, and Flickr.
For the duration of the Warsaw Climate Change Conference, webcasts of all official meetings in the Plenary Halls and press conferences will be available live and on demand, with audio streams in English or the language being used on the floor. On-demand files of the webcasts will be available shortly after the close of each meeting.
